B.Com UNSW, CA, FCIS, FAICD, FGIA Tony has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from The University of New South Wales, Sydney, and is a Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, and the Governance Institute of Australia. He has also completed post graduate studies in Marketing at the University of Technology, Sydney. He was a past Fellow of the Australian Marketing Institute. Tony holds numerous non-executive directorships with a number of ASX and NZX listed companies. He is currently the non-executive chairman of Bioxyne Limited (ASX:BXN), Greenland Minerals Limited (ASX:GGG), and Cannasouth Limited (NZX:CBD). Tony was executive director of Arthur Yates & Co Limited, retiring from that position in April 2002. He was previously a director of Yates New Zealand Limited. Prior to joining commerce, Tony was a partner of Cox Johnston & Co, Chartered Accountants, which has since merged with Ernst & Young.

B. Nurse ATI, MBA MGSM Juliet Hull has an MBA from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Sydney Australia, and a Bachelor of Nursing from the Auckland Technical Institute. Juliet has more than twenty years’ experience working in Asia and Pacific markets in Healthcare, in sales, Marketing and leadership. Juliet was the General Manager/Country Director for Johnson & Johnson Medical in New Zealand and has held various roles in Johnson & Johnson in Australia and New Zealand since 2012.

B.Com UNSW, FCA  Chris Horn has been involved with TruScreen for a number of years. He is an experienced business executive and has acted in a number of management roles including 20 years as a senior partner of KPMG and its predecessor firms. He is a director of a number of private companies across a broad range of business activities including corporate advisory, financial services, and funds management. Chris is a Commerce graduate from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand. Chris is also the Chair of TruScreen’s Audit, Finance and Risk Committee.

B Tech (Hons), M. Eng, PhD Dr. Dexter Cheung is an experienced medical device engineer and specialist in product research and development. He is the Research and Development Manager of the respiratory humidification division of Fisher & Paykel Healthcare, an ASX/NZX listed healthcare company. With over 20 Years of experience, Dr. Cheung brings a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and has worked with suppliers and manufacturers across the glove. Dr. Cheung’s technical background is in opto-electronics and expertise in medical device engineering is highly relevant to TruScreen, who’s cervical cancer screening device harnesses opto-electronic signatures for screening results.

B. Com (Hons) CA Guy Robertson has a Bachelor of Commerce degree and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and New Zealand. Guy has over 30 years of management and leadership experience. He has extensive experience as a finance executive in Australia and Asia across a broad range of industries, in both private and listed companies. Mr Robertson is currently a director of ASX listed Hastings Technology Metals Limited and Metal Bank Limited.

MD, PhD (Surgery) Dr. Beata has a Ph.D. in Philosophy and a Masters of Business Administration.  Dr. Edling joined TruScreen in October 2020 as Medical Affairs and Market Access Lead and has developed an intimate knowledge of the TruScreen cervical cancer screening technology and business.  Dr. Edling holds a MD from the Medical University, Gdansk, Poland.  She has completed part 1 of her Fellowship with Royal College of Surgeons, Australia, PhD at the University of New South Wales, Australia, and a MBA from Sydney’s Australian Graduate School of Management.  She is also a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors Dr. Edling is an experienced executive who previously led large and small Medical Affairs Teams and commercialised numerous medical products with global pharmaceutical companies, Sanofi-Aventis, Shire, Eli Lily and Amgen for Australia and New Zealand.  She was previously a Non-Executive Director of ASX listed Noxopharm Limited. Dr. Edling is multi-lingual and speaks several European languages.

M. Eng Edmond Capcelea has a Masters degree in Engineering majoring in Physics. Edmond’s previous roles include Divisional Director Head of Implants and Design Development at ASX listed Cochlear Limited where he held various positions over eighteen years, and Senior Vice President of Research and Development at Saluda Medical. Edmond has extensive experience in leading complex R&D projects from concept to commercialisation and has led the end to end product development of a wide range of Medical Devices ranging from Class I to Class III. Edmond leads all TruScreen's Technical department, covering research and development, production, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, and service and repairs. He also ensures TruScreen Products are developed, manufactured, and serviced to meet the changing needs and interest of the customer whilst complying with national and international regulations.

Dr. Tan has extensive knowledge of the TruScreen product and has been involved in establishing the market in China, including, identification of distributors, product registration, market evaluation, and the conduct of clinical trials.  Dr Tan is a qualified gynaecologist and has been working with the TruScreen technology for over a decade. He overseas the commercial operations of TruScreen and is the commercial manager for China, Mexico, and Vietnam.

Nicole Melia hold qualifications in Business Administration and has significant experience in management. Nicole has been working with the TruScreen technology for several years. Nicole is also the commercial manager for Zimbabwe, and the Middle East. As a commercial manager she facilitates local market access strategies, evaluations, training, and KOL engagement throughout her regions.

Mr Ivan has a degree in general medicine. Mr Ivan Imre experienced Executive Leader in Pharma & Medical Devices industry and has over 22 years of experience in general management, sales and marketing. He explores new potential markets and business opportunities in the field of cervical cancer screening in area of Central & Eastern Europe to implement TruScreen’s worldwide strategy. Mr. Imre builds relationships with Key Opinion Leaders within the market.

PhD (Laser), B. Sc (Opto) M. Optics Dr Wang has a Bachelor of Science in Optoelectronic, Master degree in Optics and a PhD in Laser Physics. He previously managed the manufacture and development of a range of optical technologies including ophthalmic lasers and wavelength selective switch systems for communication technologies. Dr. Wang established and now manages TruScreen's Electro-Optical fabrication facility. Zhenglin works on product research and development, as well as managing the in-house production of TruScreen's electro-optical assemblies.

Abrar Mahdy has over 4 years in administration experience specifically with start-up companies. She manages TruScreen's logistics and provides administrative services to support the smooth operation of the company.  She works closely with both the technical and commercial teams in TruScreen.

Associate  Professor Michael  Campion graduated from the University of New South Wales, Australia in

1977. 1977. In 1983 -1984, he undertook further Fellowship training in London and completed a Clinical

Research Fellowship in Gynaecological Oncology.  He was the Scientific Program  Director of the British Society for Colposcopy and Cervical  Pathology from 1985 till 1987.  In  1986, he received the Victor• Bonney Award from the London  Obstetrics and Gynaecology Society for his pivotal research into the role of human papillomaviruses in the causation of cervical cancer. In 1987-1996, Michael took up key research, clinical and academic positions at St. Joseph's  Hospital, the Centres for Disease Control and Macon  School of Medicine, Atlanta, Georgia.  He established cancer screening projects in developing  and underprivileged communities, including  Innuit women in Alaska and women in rural  Georgia, USA.  He was appointed the Scientific  Program  Director of the American Society for Colposcopy and Cervical  Pathology  (ASCCP) from 1991 to 1997. In 1997, he returned to Australia to take up the Directorship of the Preinvasive  Unit, Gynaecological Cancer Centre, Royal Hospital for Women, Randwick where he continues in this role. A/Prof Campion received number of awards for clinical research including the ASCCP Meritorious Service Award in 1994 and the ASCCP Meritorious Award for Scientific Achievement in 1996. In 2006, he was awarded a Chief of Army Commendation for his service in saving lives in Bougainville, East Timor and Banda Aceh.  As a Colonel in the Royal Australian Army Medical  Corps, Michael  Campion  is currently the Director, Health Services Army  Reserve  NSW/ACT, the Army representative on the Regional  Health Advisory  Group and the Senior Health Advisor  (Army) to Joint  Health  Command. In 2010, A/Prof Campion received the Lifetime Achievement Award from Warrane College, University of New South Wales for his gynecological service to the indigenous and non-indigenous population of rural and remote New South Wales. He has published over sixty academic papers, articles, book and book chapters  and presented at numerous scientific congresses.

Professor Neville Hacker AM did his initial training in Brisbane. In 1978, he moved to the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) to train in Gynaecological Oncology. He rose to become the Director of Gynaecological Oncology at UCLA in 1984, before returning to Australia to establish Australia’s first multidisciplinary Gynaecological Cancer Centre at the Royal Hospital for Women in Sydney in late 1986. He is a Past President of the International Gynecological Cancer Society, a Past President of the Society of Pelvic Surgeons, and a past member of the Cancer Committee of FIGO. He has written over 250 peer reviewed scientific papers, and is co-editor of Berek and Hacker’s Gynecologic Oncology, now in its 7^th edition. 

Prof Ngan graduated in the University of Hong Kong in 1978.  She obtained MD in 1995 and FRCOG in 1996. She has been a gynaecological oncologist accredited by the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RCOG) since 1993, and has vast experience in open, laparoscopic and robot-assisted cancer surgery.  She has got more than 400 publications in peer-review journals.  Her research interest is in biomolecular studies, cancer screening, clinical trials and psychosocial studies in gynaecological oncology. Prof Ngan is the past president of the Hong Kong College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (HKCOG), past president of the Asia Oceania Research Organization of Genital Infections & Neoplasia (AOGIN), past Chair of the FIGO Gynecology Oncology Committee, and currently the President of the Family Planning Association of Hong Kong. She was the Head of Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology (1/2009-6/2021), the University of Hong Kong, and had been endowed with Tsao Yin-Kai Professorship in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2009 (1/2009-6/2021).  Prof Ngan was also the head of the gynaecological oncology team and laboratory of the Department of OG, University of Hong Kong (2003-2020) and Chair of Specialty for Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Gleneagles Hong Kong Hospital Limited (6/2015-6/2021).    She is the Chief of Service in Obstetrics & Gynaecology of the University of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Hospital since 7/2012. Dr. Barquet is a Gynecologist Oncologist and is part of the staff of the gynecology department of the National Cancer Institute of Mexico City as coordinator of the Dysplasia Clinic and the Young Woman with Cancer Clinic. He has written several peer review articles and book chapters related to gynecology oncology. He is also a member of the National System of Researchers of Mexico and is a professor of the Oncology Gynecology residency program.

Dr Chigbu is a consultant gynaecological oncologist at the University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital, Ituku-Ozalla Enugu, Nigeria and heads the cervical cancer prevention unit of the Teaching Hospital. He is a member of the West African Health Organization expert consultative group on cervical cancer prevention. He is also the Associate Director of the Institute of Maternal and Child Health, University of Nigeria Nsukka and the head of the Female Reproductive Health Oncology Research Group of the University. Dr Chigbu has written numerous peer-reviewed papers and book chapters on cervical cancer prevention.

MD, MMSc Jonathan S. Berek MD, MMSc is the Laurie Kraus Lacob Professor at the Stanford University School of Medicine and a past Fellow in the Stanford Distinguished Careers Institute. He helped establish and is the Director of the Stanford Women’s Cancer Center, which is one of the first programs in the nation to combine breast & gynecologic oncology with a women’s cancer translational research, genetics and supportive services programs. He serves as Senior Advisor, Stanford Cancer Institute, and was Chair of the Stanford Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology from 2005-2017.    An author and editor, Dr. Berek has published over 350 peer-reviewed manuscripts in the scientific literature, and numerous book chapters and monographs. His books, Berek & Hacker’s Gynecologic Oncology, 7^th edition, and Berek & Novak’s Gynecology, 16^th edition, are leading texts in the field. He is the Editor-in-Chief of Current Opinion in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
